Yes. My friend, really, really wanted one of those wallets that were popular - way back in the 70's.
I searched for a pattern and lucked onto a tutorial from here and it sewed up quite nicely.
I think it took just as long to pick out some fabrics as it took to sew.
(It's late; I'm testing the Ott light for light quality).

I am planning on making this again but putting a zippered pocket in the middle.
